  As a new, never before customer I was not a fan of this shop. I called to inquire prices on embroidery machines as I wanted to buy local. I was told they cannot give pricing out on the phone per their contract (which is completely fine) but they were so abrupt about it. I then went in a few days later so I could get pricing and check the machines out. To my surprise, they were priced more than $1300 over what another shop was selling them for, and that included no accessories. When I was in the shop, no one seemed interested in what I was doing there until I aimlessly stood at a machine watching someone sew on it. I assume a lady to be the owner because she didn't introduce herself, came over and was equally abrupt with the lady sewing telling her what her errors were. It wasn't a pleasant shop and I decided to leave and purchase from the other shop, and I couldn't be happier.
