  Great place I just wish they would get rid of lane 2! The drive through is useful if you can't get out of the car but lane 2 is the worst thing in the universe.

  I would give zero stars if it would allow it! I went there yesterday because my pharmacy was closed due to the holiday. First they tell me that the birthday I give them doesn't match what my insurance has on file, then they tell me that my insurance says missing birthday. I tell them that something is not right because I never have a problem with my insurance and I use it several times a month. Then they tell me that my medicine needs a prior authorization or P.A. from my insurance. I knew that was wrong because the 1st of January I had a 6 months P.A. done on it and it was only May 29th. I ask them to enter my info again because something must have been typed in wrong and they say sorry, our hands are tied...I have to leave without my medicine and drive home. I call my insurance company today and sure enough I had a PA through the end of June. I live quite a ways from the pharmacy so I call my regular pharmacy in my town to tranfer it, and CVS tells them no, that they can't transfer it. I had to call my doctor and get them to send a whole new prescription to my pharmacy and have them cancel the one at this CVS. I will not be going back there ever again, holiday or not.
