  Came into the store because my phone died. Right away I was greeted by representative. He checked my phone and determined I needed a new phone. Showed me all the different phones. Helped me decide between three phones which one suited me best. I was very worried I had lost all my data especially my pictures. He was able to retrieve everything. I was really happy. I would definitely recommend the Verizon store in Georgetown. Very helpful and courteous!!! Extremely happy I was able to get my pictures.
